My stay at this hotel had some ups and downs. The location was convenient, with various dining and shopping options nearby. However, the room I stayed in was disappointing due to its small size, darkness, and unkempt state. The service provided was a mix of excellent assistance and a lack of effort in certain situations. Overall, it was a somewhat average experience with room for improvement.
